House Manager - Doha, Qatar

Live In House Manager (female only for cultural reasons) required for VIP family with several villas within Qatar. 

Candidates will need a strong background in hospitality and experience managing various departments, including food and beverage, housekeeping, and maintenance. Prior experience in five-star luxury hotels is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all operations related to the premises.

• Ensure high standards of quality and presentation are maintained.

• Develop and implement innovative ideas to enhance these standards.

• Supervise housekeepers, waitstaff, nannies, and maintenance personnel.

• Maintain inventory and manage household supplies effectively.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar role.

• Strong leadership and organisational skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Flexibility to travel internationally if required.
