Live Out Senior Housekeeper. An UHNW household in London is seeking an experienced and highly professional Senior Housekeeper to oversee the cleanliness, organization, and smooth running of the residence. The successful candidate will ensure the highest standards of housekeeping are maintained, leading a team of housekeepers and working closely with other household staff. Discretion, attention to detail, and a proactive approach are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Household Maintenance & Cleaning: Ensure the residence is impeccably maintained at all times, following the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.

• Supervision & Leadership: Manage and a team of housekeepers, setting daily tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring efficiency – in a highly collaborative manner.

• Laundry & Wardrobe Care: Handle delicate fabrics, couture clothing, and fine linens with the utmost care, including steaming, pressing, and arranging wardrobes to a high standard.

• Inventory & Supplies Management: Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies, toiletries, and household essentials, ensuring timely ordering and restocking.

• Guest Preparation: Oversee the setup and presentation of the house for guests, and provide a welcoming experience.

• Light meals and food shopping: Prepare light meals (salads, omelettes, bakes, etc) for the principal’s lunch. For shopping as required.

• Household Organization: Implement and maintain systems for organization, including cupboards, storage areas, and household items. Packing and unpacking for travel 

• High-Value Item Care: Handle and maintain luxury furnishings, antiques, artwork, and silverware according to specialist care requirements.

• Seasonal Deep Cleaning: Plan and execute seasonal deep-cleaning schedules to maintain the household’s pristine condition.

• Repairs and Maintenance: Manage and oversee workman and contractors to ensure that the house is always maintained to a pristine condition.

• Flower Arrangements: Fresh flower displays to be changed weekly

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a private UHNW household, luxury hotel, or similar high-end environment.

• Leadership Skills: Ability to manage, and oversee a team of housekeepers.

• Laundry & Fabric Knowledge: Experience handling high-end clothing, delicate fabrics, and wardrobe management.

• Discretion & Confidentiality: A deep understanding of confidentiality and professionalism when working in a private household.

• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours when occasionally required.

• Flexibility: Flexible attitude for changing needs. This is a busy household

Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm.

Salary: Excellent, depending on previous experience.
